HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Select “TRACK ORDER” on the footer of the website. Then to track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. We will also email you your tracking number when it becomes available.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER DETAILS?

You should have received an email after the purchased with your orders details. You can also login to access your details by going to the website footer and clicking “MY ACCOUNT” and logging in using your details. Once logged in you can access all of your order details here.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM (CLOTHING)?

We accept returns on faulty items and replace with an exchange, or a refund.

HOW LONG DOES A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD TAKE?

A digital download purchase is instant. You should receive an email after your purchase with a private download link.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

You should receive an email with a download link for your digital download purchase. If this is not the case you can also login in to your account using the account login details you set up at the checkout. You were asked to enter a user name or (email) and a password.

To login go to the website footer and click “MY ACCOUNT” and login using your details. Once logged in go to the downloads tab. Here will be all of your purchased downloads.
